Winners of Christmas Tree Festival 2018 Featured

Thank you all so much for all your support and help with this outreach event for our Church as well as helping some local Charities. We have raised around £1800 which means we can make donations to Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team and Battle Health Pathway Project and help our Church as well. Our Church had a minimum of 1089 visitors, (Clive and Jackie who were the official vote counters confirmed this because they counted the voting slips!) In actual fact there were many more visitors through the door who came to view our Church and experience the peace and love of our Lord Jesus within our ancient building; what a wonderful window to show Battle and its people that we are here and invite them to join us. A very sincere thank you to everyone who helped in any way from washing up, stewarding the Church after the event, baking or supplying goods for us to sell, who sang or rang hand bells to entertain or those who sat for hours behind stalls selling items, programmes or opened the door with a smiling face. Also thanks to the fantastic catering team who kept us supplied with food and drinks throughout. THANK YOU.

The winning trees were:
